In this training, we will explore the techniques of The 4 Pillars of Resilient Power, which is at the core of the Respectful Confrontation method. This training offers a number of tools for tackling challenging situations with integrity and clarity leading to:

  • mindful communication and increased resiliency
  • A greater sense of balance, personal freedom and vision
  • Improved relationships and stronger influence in the workplace, at home and in the world
  • resolution of misunderstandings and increased trust
  • New solutions to familiar problems

As well as discussing theory, you will be introduced to physical and mental exercises that will increase your ability to experience and feel what your own nervous system experiences in both relaxed and stressful situations. As you gain more familiarity with the practices of the 4 Pillars, you will have a deeper level of awareness of the signals and triggers that can cause reactive behavior and mental confusion – within yourself, in your surroundings and with others – and instead implement new habits that allow you adapt and to respond to stressful and challenging situations with ease, clarity and integrity.
