Are you looking for practical tools to responsibly create the life you desire?
Would you like to have a stronger impact at home, at work and in your community?

In this one-day training, we will delve more deeply into the concepts and techniques of the 4 Pillars of True Power, introduced in Joe Weston’s Respectful Confrontation training.

We all have a different relationship with power and what it means to us. This training will help you clarify the differences between Brute Force and True Power, how to tap into energy sources in your body, how to make wise choices with your power and skillfully approach challenging situations.

The day is filled with exercises and theory to offer you a comprehensive, experiential overview of each aspect of True Power, followed by comprehensive assessment tools which will support you in evaluating how balanced you are with the 4 Pillars, and ending with an opportunity for you to formulate a clear plan of action of how you will integrate these exercises into your life.

The combination of theory, dynamic exercises, martial arts principles and applicable life tools result in a noticeable shift in behavior, deeper insight into yourself, confidence in how you relate to and tap into your own True Power and an ease with tackling challenging situations with integrity and understanding.

Benefits include: Personal freedom; renewed vitality; more influence at work; deepening of relationships; success in achieving life goals; keen self-expression; inner peace.

This training is ideal as an introduction to those new to the Respectful Confrontation principles, as well as a powerful supplement and companion for those who have already followed the Respectful Confrontation trainings.
