This workshop will shift and reframe your views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence and peaceful interactions with others.

The combination of theory, dynamic exercises, martial arts principles and applicable life tools result in a noticeable shift in behavior, deeper insight into yourself, and an ease with tackling challenging situations with integrity and understanding.

The retreat setting enhances the experience by allowing you to go deeper into your process.

Benefits include: Personal freedom and skill with empowered collaborative engagement; greater influence at work; deepening of relationships; success in achieving life goals; keen self-expression; inner peace.

Maximum number of participants: 24. This workshop is taught by the founder of Respectful Confrontation, Joe Weston, with a qualified support staff of 4 – 8 people.
“I was very surprised by the personal care and support I received at all times from Joe and his team. It allowed me to explore challenging aspects of myself in a safe way.” Susan R.
